These Terms & Website Disclaimer govern use of https://www.prickly-pear-therapy.com, the public website of Prickly Pear Therapy. By using the site, you acknowledge the terms below.
Website information is not treatment
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized mental health advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
No therapeutic relationship
Visiting the website, using a general inquiry tool, requesting an appointment, or sending email does not by itself establish a clinician-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after the practice accepts the person for services and required consent and intake steps are completed.
Emergencies and urgent needs
This website and ordinary contact channels are not monitored continuously. Do not use them for emergencies. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency department when immediate help is needed.
Availability, fees, and insurance
Clinician availability, services, fees, and insurance participation can change. Information on this site is not a guarantee of appointment availability, insurance coverage, reimbursement, or a particular clinical outcome. Confirm current details with the practice and your insurance plan.
Secure services and third-party tools
Scheduling, forms, portal access, maps, videos, payment tools, or other features may be provided by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those services. A link or integration does not mean that Prickly Pear Therapy controls every part of the third-party service.
Permitted use
You may use this site for lawful personal and informational purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, misuse forms, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or copy content in a way that violates applicable rights.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Prickly Pear Therapy. Limited personal use is permitted. Other reproduction, publication, or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.
Accessibility
We want website information to be usable by people with disabilities. If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, use the contact information on our Accessibility page or contact us directly.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep public information useful and current, but the website may contain errors, become temporarily unavailable, or change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

External links are offered for convenience. Prickly Pear Therapy is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
